Posting Untuk Isi Masa Lapang

adoi...tgh borink ni!!! thp bumbung flat dah ni! so di kala2 ni aku nak citer la psl aritu msk nasi ayam. ha..resepi ni aku sesaje je letak. mnalah tau ada org rs mcm tak besh ke, takper la...tp aku NAK JUGAK letak sbb aku tgh BORINK nihhhhhh!!!

Nasi Ayam Ikut Suka Aku Lah!
Untuk Nasi ;

Bhn2nya...(korg bhn aje la kuantiti ikut suka)
* Beras (x pyh la nak guna beras memahal..beras beser pon jadi gak)
* Bawang Putih (ikutlah nak byk ke skit - kisar)
* Halia (setongkol saiz ikut suka - kisar)
* Marjerin (lebih sedap guna marjerin murah sbb.........murah...hahaha)
* Serbuk Kunyit
* Kiub Pati Ayam (kalu tak mau guna, tunggu lah sup ayam masak eh..aku malas)
* Garam (secukupnya...kalu tak cukup pon tak per)
* Daun Sup & Daun Bawang (dibubuh nasa nasi dah masak)
* Air (air masak tau bukan air paip)
* Periuk nasi automatik (senang guna...)

Cara2nya...(cara mna2 pon bole je)
1 Tumis bawang putih, halia, serbuk kunyit dan garam ke dlm marjerin yg dah dicairkan
2 Kacau hingga naik bau dan tutup periuk nasi buat seketika
3 Bila bau mula menghampiri anda, buka penutup dan masukkan kiub pati ayam & try la pecah2kan kiub tu kalu berani
4 pastu biar kiub tu sebati dan masukkan beras dan tuangkan air dan biar masak
5 Bila penanda di COOK dah ditendang, bole la taburkan daun sup & daun bawang



Sup Ayam ;
Bhn2nya ;
* Beberapa ketul daging ayam yang telah dibersihkan
* Bawang Besar
* Halia
* Bawang Putih (dihiris nipis & digoreng terlebih dahulu)
* Bunjut sup
* Air (tak pyh la nak byk sgt...smpai penuh 1 periuk)
* Minyak Masak

Cara2nya ;
1 Tumis Bawang besar & halia hingga naik bau (selagi tak naik tak bole buat step seterusnya)
2 Masukkan ayam dan biar kacau2 hingga kering air ayamnya (jgn plak smpai melekat ayam tu kat periuk..agak2 la)
3 Bila dah kering tu barulah masukkan air dan barulah masukkan bunjut sup
4 Tunggu sehingga sup mengelegak barulah masukkan bawang putih yg telah digoreng sebelum td (masa ni yg besh sbb bau sup tu mmg WALLA!!)
5 Tunggu hingga ayam masak kemudian amik penapis dan kaut ayam2 tu (tos smpai air kering)
6 Tutup api. (jgn lupa plak)



Ayam Gorengnya ;
Bhn2nya ;
* Kicap Manis (Kicap Kipas Udang la besh)
* Sos Tiram
* Minyak Bijan
* Garam & Lada Sulah
* Minyak Masak
Cara2nya ;
1 Campurkan bhn2 gelap seperti kicap manis & sos tiram. Kacau bersama. Kemudian masukkan garam & lada sulah dna kacau lg hingga sebati
2 Masukkan ayam yg telah ditos td 1 per 1 (buatlah dgn lemah lembut percaya lah...nnti ayam tu bila mkn akan lembut ajer...awww!)
3 Kemudian barulah masukkan minyak bijan (percikkannya..jgn guna byk tau)
4 Ha! skrg boleh la gorengkan ayam td dlm minyak. tp ingat jgn lelama sgt. Sekadar ayam tu dah jd hitam2 manis dah ok dah...
5 Dah angkat ayam tu tos dulu tau...berminyak tu..


Kuah Kicap ;
Bhn2nya ;
* Lebihan kuah perapan ayam td
* Cendawan Shitake (kalu nak guna cendawan lain pon bole...tak guna pon bole..ikut sukalah)
* Tepung Jagung (campurkan dgn sedikit air)
* Sedikit air

Cara2nya ;
1 Tuangkan lebihan kuah perapan ke dlm periuk kecil dan biarkan ia menggelegak
2 Campurkan dgn sedikit air dan masukkan tepung jagung td. Sesudah menggelegak, barulah masukkan cendawan
3 Biar masak dan tuangkan lah dlm mangkuk...apa lg. (periuk tu nak guna masak kuah cili plak)


Kuah Cili ;
Bhn2nya ;
* Cili Merah
* Cili Padi
* Bawang Putih
* Halia
* Limau Nipis
* Garam & Gula

Cara2nya ;
1 Campurkan & kisar halus kesemua bhn2 di atas termasuklah kecuali garam, gula & limau nipis
2 Tuang bhn2 kisar tu ke dlm periuk kecil td (tp basuh dulu periuk tu) dan masakkan ia hingga mendidih
3 Sesudah mendidih, barulah perasakan dgn garam, gula & perahan limau nipis tu
4 Tutup api dan tuangkan ke dlm mangkuk jugak la

Akhir sekali, bila dah ada nasi, ayam, kuah kicap dan kuah cili...jgn lupa plak sayur2 nya. Potong2 la timun, tomato dan salad...kalu taknak pkai salad pon bole...cut cost skit pkai kobis pon bole...kan?


Hehe...inilah resepi saya. kalu ada yg rs tak puas hati ke atau rasa korg punya nasi ayam lg sedap dr aku punya.....aku pon tak kisah. Sbb ini resepi haku kan.. kalu nak cuba pon bole. resepi ni senang nak buat. time malas2 ke bole je cuba...huhu...


Oh! ya..apalah guna resepi tanpa gambar kan...inilah gambar hidangan nasi ayam suka hati aku lah! Huhu..
